Stapsgewijze reinigingsprocedure:
Wij raden aan om een Bore Guide te gebruiken, zoals de Tipton Universal Bore Guide Kit, Tipton RAPID Deluxe Bore Guide Kit of Delta Series AR-15 Bore Guide. Dit zorgt voor een nauwkeurige toepassing van de chemicaliën en beschermt de loop tijdens het schoonmaken.
Stap 1: Voorbereiding met ThorroFlush
Begin met het doorhalen van een patch, gedrenkt in ThorroFlush, door de loop om losse koolstofresten te verwijderen. Je kunt ook een trekkoord gebruiken voor deze stap. Dit bereidt de loop voor op verdere reiniging.
Stap 2: Aanbrengen van ThorroClean
Breng een ruime hoeveelheid ThorroClean (ongeveer één theelepel) aan op een hoogwaardige nylon borstel (bij voorkeur de IOSSO Eliminator Bore Brush). Beweeg de borstel ongeveer 10 tot 15 keer heen en weer door de loop. Zorg ervoor dat er voldoende ThorroClean op de borstel zit. Deze stap breekt effectief koper- en koolstofafzettingen af en zorgt ervoor dat de loop gelijkmatig wordt bedekt met chemicaliën. De speciale, chemisch bestendige borstel verwijdert ondertussen reeds losgemaakte lagen vervuiling.
Stap 3: Afwerking met ThorroFlush
Duw een droge patch door de loop om overtollige ThorroClean te verwijderen. Duw vervolgens patches gedrenkt in ThorroFlush door de loop om alle resterende ThorroClean-resten te verwijderen. Meestal zijn 2 tot 3 patches voldoende. Controleer zorgvuldig of er geen ThorroClean-resten achterblijven in de Bore Guide, en gebruik een borescoop om de loop grondig te inspecteren. ThorroFlush zorgt ervoor dat alle chemische resten volledig worden verwijderd, waardoor je loop in perfecte staat verkeert.

Step-by-step cleaning procedure:
We recommend using a Bore Guide, which ensures precise application of chemicals and protection of the bore during cleaning, such as the Tipton Universal Bore Guide Kit, Tipton RAPID Deluxe Bore Guide Kit, or Delta Series AR-15 Bore Guide.
Step 1: Bore penetration with ThorroFlush
Begin by passing a patch with ThorroFlush applied through the bore to remove any loose carbon contamination. Alternatively, a pull-through can suffice for this step. This prepares the barrel for further cleaning.
Step 2: Apply ThorroClean
Apply a sufficient amount of ThorroClean (about one teaspoon) to a quality nylon brush (ideally IOSSO Eliminator Bore Brush). Pass the brush through the barrel back and forth approximately 10 to 15 times. Ensure there is enough ThorroClean on the brush. This step effectively breaks down copper and carbon deposits as it evenly coats the bore with chemicals, while the special, chemical-resistant brush removes layers of already loosened contamination.
Step 3: Finish cleaning with ThorroFlush
Push a dry patch through the barrel to remove excess ThorroClean.Push patches soaked with ThorroFlush through the barrel to clean all remaining ThorroClean residues. Usually, this is achieved with 2 to 3 patches. Carefully check that no ThorroClean residues remain in the Bore Guide, and use a borescope for thorough inspection of the bore. ThorroFlush ensures that all chemical residues are completely removed, leaving your bore in perfect condition.
